My work examines how institutions sustain legitimacy, coordination, and belonging under conditions of disagreement, difference, and constraint.

Drawing on sociology, organizational theory, and applied practice, I study how conflict, identity, and power shape institutional life, and what it takes to design organizations that can remain coherent under strain.
